About This Event

Critical infrastructure has always been a core market for the security industry. What has changed is how broadly it is now defined, and how fundamentally different it looks today.

Critical infrastructure, once limited to traditional sectors like traffic, power, and water, now encompasses data centers, healthcare facilities, logistics operations, campuses, government institutions, and commercial environments — many of which operate with mission-critical demands today.

At the same time, unmanned infrastructure, IoT, and connected operational technology (OT) have transformed environments that were once isolated into highly connected systems, introducing new risk, new complexity, and new security demands.

This session will explore:

  • How the scope of critical infrastructure has expanded across industries
  • The impact of unmanned environments, IoT, and OT on security risk
  • How this expanded landscape is shaping growth across the security industry
